Chicken Marsala Dressing

You will need all this.

1 Cup of Mayonnaise

2Tabs Sour Cream

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Tsp of Garam Marsala Powder.

1/4 Tsp of Lemon Salt ( Citric Acid)

Salt and Pepper.

Now I normally chop my garlic cloves on a board till they are minced really fine. However, this being a one bowl dish and not having a board out, I use one of these.

If you don’t have one this is a very handy gadget as you can see by the worn out bits on mine. This particular one is from Bodum and I have had it about 6 years or so. It is especially good if the munchkins are cooking – no worrying about sharp knives and little fingers.

Just pop the top over and squeeze. Lovely minced garlic in seconds.

The Garam Marsala Powder is a type of curry but not spicy. It has more of a sweet tasty flavour.

Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least half an hour. It’s delicious if it can sit overnight but I don’t always think that far ahead.  🙂

Serve on hot or cold chicken.

It also makes a delicious dip. So make extra for leftover and enjoy the next day with vegie sticks as a snack. My munckins like it for afternoon tea.
