Flu

Cody and Shania have had high fevers and sore throats. This has meant sleepless nights for them – and me! πŸ™‚ The weather has changed suddenly and it is not unusual for there to be sniffles and stuff going around this time of year. We don’t normally get too many being out of the school/classroom environment, however being at swim meets does expose us.

We would appreciate prayer , especially me, as I don’t seem to be able to get well since the initial week after my op. One thing seems to run into another. I am taking lots of vitamins and drinking herbal tea’s in an effort to improve my immunity. Also getting out in the lovely sunshine.

There have been a couple of real fresh cold but sunshiny mornings this week. Enough for Wayne to want a jacket at work!

The swim meet yesterday was so fresh and cold in the wind that the younger ones did land training for warm ups instead of laps in the pool. They would have cooled off too much for it to have been any benefit.

16 races swum and 13 personal bests – they just keep improving πŸ™‚
