We had lots of fun in the kitchen this week. Chloe and Jarred can both cook very well and Chloe is branching out and experimenting with new recipes each week. She has also taken on the job of teaching Shania how to bake cookies, cakes and Daddy’s favourite apple pie.
This is Chloe’s first attempt at Victoria Sponge. Wayne assures me it tastes fantastic…without jam of course!
I made this for lunch one day this week. Leftover lamb turned into salad, topped with baked cherry tomatoes and homemade basil dressing. YUM!
